The Moto G7 has been one of the most leaked smartphones in recent history. Well, Motorola has finally taken the wraps off its seventh generation Moto G series. The Moto G7 is still supposed to be affordable smartphones but now focuses on delivering a premium smartphone experience. The G7 range starts at R$ 999 (approximately Rs 19,000). The G7 Plus, which is the best model in the range, starts at R$ 1899 (approximately Rs 36,500). The Moto G7 will be coming to international markets later in the year, including India.With the new Moto G7 series, Motorola is focusing on delivering a premium smartphone experience. The G7 Power is focused on delivering longer battery stamina while the G7 Plus aims to offer a good camera experience. The G7 Play is the entry-level model while the standard G7 offers premium features for a lower price. All the models feature a notched display as standard and will run on Android 9 Pie out-of-the-box.Moto G7 range specificationsThe Moto G7 is the seventh generation of the Moto G lineup and now spawns four models – Moto G7 Play, Moto G7 Power, Moto G7 and Moto G7 Plus.The Moto G7 Play is the entry-level model and sports a 5.7-inch HD+ LCD display with a notch on top. The G7 Play is powered by a Snapdragon 632 chipset and comes with 2GB RAM and 32GB storage. The G7 Play also sports a plastic rear panel instead of the glass from the other G7 models. It sports a 6.2-inch LCD display with HD+ resolution. It also sports a 12-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel front camera, and is powered by a Snapdragon 632 chipset. Also, the G7 Power gets the 15W TurboPower fast charging as standard.The Moto G7 goes premium with a 6.2-inch Full HD+ display with Gorilla Glass protection. It loses the big notch and gets a small waterdrop notch. It is powered by a 3000mAh battery but gets 15W TurboPower charging. The G7 comes with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. Additionally, there’s a 12-megapixel primary camera and a 5-megapixel secondary depth sensor for portrait photos. The front houses an 8-megapixel selfie camera.The Moto G7 Plus is the most premium Moto G7 model. It’s very similar to the Moto G7, except for the processor that gets upgraded to Snapdragon 636 chipset instead of the Snapdragon 632. Users can expand storage up to 512GB via microSD card. The G7 Plus also gains an advanced 16-megapixel + 5-megapixel dual camera system with Optical Image Stabilizations (OIS). The selfie camera also gets an upgraded 12-megapixel front camera with F2.0 aperture.Moto G7 prices and availabilityThe Moto G7 Play starts at R$ 999 (approximately Rs 19,208) while the G7 Power starts at R$ 1399 (approximately Rs 26,899).
