The OnePlus 3 has apparently been spotted on two different benchmark websites, hinting that the phone could have as many as two different variants. According to GeekBench, the alleged OnePlus 3 is said to come with whopping 6 gigs of RAM. A GFXBench listing however suggests a humbler 4GB RAM for the OnePlus 3. To recall, a previous Antutu listing had said the phone will come with 4GB RAM as well.As per the new GFXBench listing, the purported OnePlus 3 is said to come with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 820 processor and a smaller 5-inch screen size. Note that both the OnePlus One and OnePlus 2 came with 5.5-inch display. The phone is seen running Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow.OnePlus will launch the OnePlus 3 at the end of the second quarter, the company had earlier hinted. Company co-founder Carl Pei had earlier also said that the OnePlus 3 will feature a new design, different from its current-generation flagship phones. He had even gone on and said that the OnePlus 3 design will captivate users just as the company’s first phone, the OnePlus One.
